Ideal for a short stay during your vacation and long-term stays in winter with proper facilities and all day sun on the roofterrace. This complex is located in one of the most residential areas of Punta Prima and just 10 minutes walk from the Punta Prima beach. All the amenities you need to have expected such a diverse range of shops, bars, restaurants and supermarkets are present and all within walking distance.
This newly renovated apartment of 90 m2 in Punta Prima, has a beautiful view at the front and back from the 6th floor over the wide area, the sea and to Torrevieja. The apartment has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and 1 with a walk-in shower. The living room has an open kitchen separated by a bar. This apartment is ideal for winter due to the south-western location with practically all day sun and the presence of satellite TV and WiFi. Within three minutes you are on the beach. If you want to go out you can go to the mega shoppingcenter La Zenia Boulevard, the Friday market of Torrevieja, or a day shopping in the Centro Commercial in Torrevieja with a bowling, mini funfair, a cinema and a casino. In the vicinity are also ample opportunities for water sports, karting, horse riding, golf and entertainment, good food, etc. etc. A perfect location at 300 meters from the residence you will find Club Nautilus. A nice place with outdoor seating right on the water. There is a nice spacious boulevard with rocky pieces and small bays, subtropical planting and within 400 metres plenty of restaurants and lovely old Spanish villas. There is always somewhere a street market, the market in Torrevieja and Playa Flamenca are the best known. In the indirect environment has all amenities including supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.
